Freevélo’v, inclusive bicycle maintenance

Free vélo’v is a scheme run by the Metropole de Lyon for students to acquire a free bicycle on a 3 to 12-month rental basis. In 2021, the Metropole of Lyon launched Free Velo’v, a long-term bicycle loan service for students aged 18 to 25 living in the Lyon metropole. What makes the service special is that it’s a free, all-inclusive service with a fleet of bikes reconditioned and assembled by inclusion players.
